Easy cooking: Microwave Japanese Grill Pork

Cooking with the microwave is easy ^^ and quick too.
I love using the microwave, it's very convenient when cooking small portion of food. But there is a point that you need to think about when using it "the microwave can make the food dry and tough too". For this recipe, I really recommend using pork with a lot of fat, it will help keeping the meat juicy and delicious (if using other meat part without fat the result can be too tough). This recipe use the heat that left in the meat after cooking in the microwave to cook the meat completely. 
I really love this recipe, it's easy to make and taste so good, eating with cooked rice or on top of the ramen is recommended ^^.


 Microwave Japanese Grill Pork
Serve 2-3 

 300-350g ...................... Pork shoulder (or neck, choose one with enough fat, about 8cm in diameter)
Seasoning
2tbsp ............................... Miso
2tbsp ............................... Granulated sugar
1tbsp ............................... Japanese soy sauce (Shoyu)
1tsp ................................. Sesame oil
1tsp ................................. Doubanjiang
1tbsp ............................... Chopped garlic
1tbsp ............................... Chopped fresh ginger


Mix all the seasoning ingredients together.
Place the pork into the microwavable bowl, and pour the seasoning over the pork, turn the meat to make the seasoning cover the pork.


 Place the bowl in the microwave oven, don't need to cover the bowl.
 Heat in the microwave for 9-10 minutes (600W).
Remove from the microwave and turn the meat once then cover the bowl (or cover it with plastic wrap) for at least 20 minutes.
NOTE: Some part of the sauce will burn ^^, don't worry.
*If you want more sauce, make half amount of the seasoning, and heat in the microwave until thicken (0.30-1 minutes (600W).)
